SOLTRON® cleans your fuel

SOLTRON® contains enzymes which breaks up contaminants that prevent clean efficient combustion. The hydrocarbon elements found in diesel sludge are converted back into the fuel and burnt during combustion. The increase in combustion efficiency results in emission reduction.

SOLTRON® eliminates the ‘Diesel Bug’

Continued use of SOLTRON® will ensure that you are protected against contamination from Microbial and Bacterial Growth , ‘bugs’. These ‘bugs’ reproduce in your fuel tank contaminating your fuel which in turn blocks your filter causing engine failure. These organisms can, after time, attain an immunity to biocidal treatments, however, SOLTRON’S enzymes breaks up the ‘bugs’ so that they pass through the fuel filters and are removed during combustion.

Clean fuel goes further

Engines are designed and built with clean fuel in mind . Engine failure caused by contamination is a high risk to the vessel’s crew and the environment. The Marine accident investigation branch (MAIB) have a number of cases, where fuel have caused machinery failure this is not (air or water contamination) but fuel contamination, so fuel management is very important.

Heavy contamination
20ml per 50 litres

Mild Contamination
10ml per 50 litres

Economic use
5ml per 50 litres
